Here at Let’s Go! we have a 1 year “Ambition to Action” protocol.
● Ambition to Action is broken down into 3 stages.
1. Explore 2. Learn 3. Apply.
● This stage is at the start of the programme and will last from 4 to 6 weeks.
● Build self awareness, self confidence and relationships within Let’s Go!
● Each learner will complete a Strengths and Interests assessment.
● Personal goal setting. SMART technique used. Our Learners goals will be:

A Achievable
R Realistic
T Timely
● At the end of this stage the learner will have become comfortable and confident in their surroundings and will have created a focus for the rest of the year.
Explore Stage:
Learn Stage:
● This stage will commence in mid October and last for approximately 22 weeks.
● Training will be focused on the goals developed by our learners in “Explore” and
the needs of our employment partners.
● Vocational training which will be modular based.
● Skill specific training.
● Work/skill simulation.
● CV Building.
● Interview simulation.
● Manual handling.
● Introduction to AI
Apply Stage:
● This stage will last approximately 6 weeks.
● Onsite Work simulation.
● Offsite Work experience.
● Transition plan created to move from Let’s Go! to the workplace.
● Let’s Go! will continue to support our learners and employers throughout their new careers.
