Gareth Hayden - Executive Director
Gareth has been involved in education and coaching for over 25 years, both at home in Dublin and in the USA. A Physical Education teacher by trade, he has worked up through the ranks of the school system to Senior Management which along the way incorporated roles such as Head of Department, Programme Co-ordinator and Deputy Principal.
He has coached numerous sports and teams to a national standard and currently serves as Head Coach of a local Special Olympics Club in Dublin, where his son Jack is a keen competitor.
Gareth is extremely energetic and passionate and plans to bring all of his experiences together to provide a learning environment and stepping stone for adults with Down Syndrome which is unmatched.

Lilyann Ho - Lead Trainer
Lilyann Ho holds a Bsc. in Sports Science and Health from DCU and previously worked as Regional Development Officer for Sport with Special Olympics Ireland, where she led programs across multiple disciplines for athletes with intellectual disabilities. A 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo and a love for volleyball.
Lilyann is deeply passionate about sport, inclusion, and creating equal opportunities. Inspired by her younger brother, she joined Let’s Go to help adults with intellectual disabilities build skills, independence, and meaningful careers.

Sarah Claxton - Trainee Development Specialist
As a Trainee Development Specialist, Sarah helped individuals at Let’s Go! with communication, transitions, and confidence-building through tailored training programs. Her passion for helping people was ignited during her 16 years as a Special Needs Assistant, where She was inspired by the determination and positivity of children with Down Syndrome.
Outside of work, She loves rugby, hiking, and travel. Sarah was a privileged to support families and children of all abilities in her previous role.
Now, Sarah is excited to see what the future holds for all the trainees and their families and is hoping to see Leinster win the Champions Cup!

Arthur
Arthur has worked in the formal education sector as a secondary school teacher, Guidance Counsellor and School Principal for over thirty years. He also has significant experience in the non formal education sector in youth work and local community drug prevention services.
He holds a masters degree from DCU in the management of not for profit organisations and has much experience as a member of various Boards of schools and community based organisations. Arthur is committed to the power of education and training making a difference in the lives of every individual.

Robert
Robert is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in launching and developing businesses.
He has been actively involved in start-ups across various sectors, including audio-visual technology, home automation, and food innovation. His leadership experience includes serving as a past chair of CEDIA EMEA. Currently, he focuses on assisting US manufacturers in establishing and expanding their international business operations.

Patience
Patience has been a passionate advocate for equality throughout her life. She feels strongly about creating opportunities for adults with Down syndrome in the workplace and is excited about lending her voice to this work.
In recent years she has worked overseeing operations in a large training company and this experience along with her natural empathy make Patience an invaluable member of the Let’s Go! Board

Our Trainees
Our trainees will be school leavers/adults with Down Syndrome who have a desire to start a career and enter employment.
We will work closely with our trainees, their families, schools, advocacy groups and current services in the process of identifying our trainees.
